Metastatic Prostate Cancer Presented with Isolated Unilateral Hypoglossal Nerve Palsy: Demonstration of Clinico-radiological Correlation

Isolated unilateral hypoglossal nerve palsy (IUHNP) is rare because of its complex course and close adjacent structures. Prostate cancer a very cause reported scarcely. We herein report the first case metastatic prostate presented with IUHNP in Korea, which shows good clinico-radiological correlation.
